Save yourself the headache.DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE TO LOOK AFTER YOUR PROPERTY!I inspected the property after 3 months lease because Rent was in arrears , bills weren't paid. I found out there were unknown people living there , there were broken windows, gates and doors were put in by the tenants without my consent, holes in walls, broken toilet seats, air cond put in via broken window, rubbish in , out , around and under the house. There were drawings on the walls and black paint and ashes on carpet everywhere... etc.I requested the property manager to send an eviction notice immediately. It took them 3 months to act.Their staff reply was I'm too busy with Xmas and all!"They didn't act quick enough and the tenants abandoned the property

We have had our property managed by Rental Domain for just over three months, and could not be more impressed. There have been maintenance items building up over previous years that we were not alerted to. Samantha and the team have methodically attended to these, as well as providing pro-active advice on future needs. I suspect our tenants are also very pleased to have maintenance and rejuvenation items efficiently being attended to. I don't write many google reviews, but this one is especially well justified.

Worst Realestate I have ever dealt with. They tried to bully us into staying in the house after we informed them we were moving. Then they with held my bond for over a month before we had to do our own refund. No communication about bond refund, they just claimed things without telling us. Then they took us to court for a water bill we already paid and damages we didn't do. But we won the hearing, will never work with use again.

Rental Domain Goodna looked after my property for years and I didn't realise how bad the state of things were until I was putting it on the market for sale. The place was being subletted with approximately 12 people living in the small three bedroom property and caused about $18,000 worth of damage.As soon as they knew I was listing with another agent they couldn't get rid of me fast enough. It was a nightmare trying to get information for my insurance claim and constantly had to follow up with little to no response. What was worse was the attitude that I encountered as though it was too much of an inconvenience for them to help me, despite the fact that I wouldn't have been in this mess if they have done their job.The rent was in arrears, the property damage was not reported or captured properly in the exit report. They took their time giving an eviction notice despite me stressing that it needed to be done urgently.They had one job, which was to look after my property and they failed miserably but continued to take my money for it! Do yourselves a favour and DO NOT use Rental Domain Goodna!

Very confused by the negative reviews here. Rental Domain manages my property and the staff have always been polite and friendly. The manager is no nonsense and professional, which I really appreciate as I am often busy and need the facts without fluff.The team was also great about helping organise tradesmen to finish off renovations quickly when interstate work came up unexpectedly in the middle and I couldn't do it all myself.I will definitely have this team manage any additional properties I buy.

I had my properties managed by this agent in 2013 and the service by the staff member that managed my property was extremely poor. I have only recently managed to evict the tenant that was put into the property in 2013, despite trying to evict the tenant earlier.The agent failed to adequately manage the property, resulting in the tenants being constantly in rental arrears. I eventually had to replace the agent with another company. They were not much better and I eventually had to get an agent from outside Ipswich to manage the properties.My current agent refused to let my property until I inspected the property. When I finally took possession of my properties, the properties were in such a poor state, that I could not rent them out. One of the tenants had caused approximately $10,000 in damages, I have had to renovate the whole property at a cost of $30,000. This agent whilst not the agent at the time when I got back my property were initially responsible for the management of it.I really cannot recommend this agency. Even when I wrote to the principal, I did not have the courtesy of a reply.Anyway, I have said what I think is a fair comment. I am sure that there will be others who have a better word about this agency. But my experience had been negative. Hopefully, their service may have picked up since 2013 and my experience be the exception rather than the norm.

As a landlord, I've used a few real estate agents, and have found Rental Domain to be by far the best. They rarely require follow up, and always promptly notify me of what's going on.I've had issues with other agents not doing what they say they're doing, not responding to requests. I've always found Rental Domain on the ball and would highly recommend.

Do not under any circumstance rent from these people. I hired professional bond cleaners and left the property immaculate and they have still found ways to take well over a thousand dollars off me. These people are heartless, unprofessional, and completely without morals and will ensure you leave your rental property without a cent to your name.

The whole process of renting our first Aussie home together has been so simple and smooth. Really friendly and helpful staff with great knowledge of the properties that we viewed. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
