Called up about a repair on a Karcher K2.180 pressure washer that was not working correctly. I was asked to bring in the machine. I brought the machine in and was told that @$90 per hour it wasn't worth my guys looking at it. It is a throw about one and you wouldn't have paid much for it.They could have told me that on the phone and saved me a trip.Not great customer service experience.
