Century 21 has managed a little property we have for over 10 years. We have always enjoyed the warm, friendly service of Emma and Jarryd. Recently the property was vacated and Emma lined up all the trades for a refurbish. It went like clockwork and minimised the 'down time' significantly. The workmanship was excellent and has transformed the place which is now let! Big thanks to the Century 21 team!

Braeden and Michael were both wonderful to work with. We originally enquired on a property they had just sold asking to be put on their database incase anything popped up that was similar to this home. They ended up contacting us to inform us of an off market opportunity they had just listed which was right around the corner from the home we enquired about. They got us in to see the property within a matter of hours, which we ended up falling in love with and buying.We really appreciate their help throughout the purchasing process and found them both delightful to deal with.

Late in 2021, we sold our Kidman Park house with Michael and the team at Century 21 Western Coastal ---- we bought the house from the same Century 21 office and person a few years earlier and decided to re-engage with them when the time came to sell. This was a good decision --- Michael O'Donnell is a very experienced agent -- not flashy or full of bravado and slick stories, but a solid, credible, hands on type of agent who resonates well with both sellers and buyers. Michael arranged ( we live in Brisbane ) to have the house prepared for sale, did the inspections, arranged the auction etc. etc. with us having to do very little in the process. His presentation of the property to the market was very flattering to the property and encouraged strong buyer interest. The auction was heavily attended with multiple buyers ready to purchase -- we ended up getting a very good price and a hassle free settlement. All in all, a very pleasant selling experience. Would happily recommend Michael to prospective buyers or sellers in the Adelaide western suburbs. Many thanks.

My renting experience with Century 21 has been excellent. I had Jarryd as my property agent, he has been very helpful and approachable right from the beginning. Emma who carries out the routine inspection is also very friendly and accomodating to my schedule. It makes such a big difference having rental agents who are very pleasant and cooperative.
