My wife and I came in to purchase a bath called the Decina Cosmo a white Japanese style bath 1.3m in length but quite tall for our small bathroom and the service from start to finish was amazing the staff were really helpful and gave us all the information we needed and Daniel helped me get the bath upstairs after personally delivering the bath for a small fee. They also passed us details of a plumber for installation who also did a great job installing the bath and the end result was amazing we highly recommend this company for your bathroom needs.

I went in twice some months ago to look at vanities etc as we have two bathrooms to renovate. The first time I went in I was completely ignored even though I tried to get some help as I had a few questions. The second time, later that same day, the store assistant suggested I try Ikea. I wasn’t impressed and will not be spending my money with such ignorant, unprofessional shop assistants.

Cheap prices, but order fulfilment took ages and required constant follow-ups because they kept forgetting to send the right parts.Ended up asking for a partial refund, because the faulty appliance was not replaced by them even 6 weeks later.

Everything I needed was available and arrived as promised, on time. The range was broad and Rhonda helped me navigate the options. The price was within my budget too. Although there were a couple of minor hiccups, both Rhonda & Adam gave excellent customer service by keeping in contact, finding a solution and resolving the problem. Another supplier let me down but Adam at BI came to rescue delivering a bath the same day, then replaced it because I had ordered the wrong one. Thankyou very much for your excellent service
