Tried to return an item with the receipt item was unopened, service desk lady ripped it open accused me of tampering with it then got all disappointed when the one off the shelf she opened to compare was exactly the same. Yes I complained but she still has a job so enjoy the review

Easy to find anything you are looking for with the Bunnings app. Not real fast but thorough. It tells you the number of the aisle but it also tells you if it is in stock or not.

I couldnt find what I needed a very big store No Directions!!!! So after trudging around went down to the doorman he was verh helpful but not able to access what I needed seriously thinking of going somewhere else when a store employee !!Yes they do have some !!! She was exceedingly helpful so I finaly left with my goods.Seriously some signage and aisle maps would help a lot Im 75 and use a walker saw other folk with them as well,had visions of being locked in!!So if you want me to return anytime soon please sort out some help for peop,e to find things No I only buy what I need.
