I ordered the wrong item, so I immediately emailed to ask to switch it to another before the shipping process had started.The staff were very helpful and happy to make the switch and since I switched to a cheaper item they sent it via express shipping.Also this is my second time ordering from them, I order the same item which looks amazing and has lasted for years (still going strong).

I'd love to say I have a designer wall to cover but I'm Melbournian, was in lock down, getting creative with cost effective ways to improve the view. My spare room and laundry looked right into an ugly wall and neighbours windows. I'm elated with the result! Already working on repurposing half on old fan to create another feature wall piece with DVG flowers!

Purchase of the artificial vertical garden was fantastic. The entire process, from choice to installation, was wonderful. The store has an excellent selection, and the costs are fair.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered 6 x 1x1 vertical gardens from them and only received 1 package with 2 pieces. This package was delivered in appaling packaging that was falling apart. I never received the second package and despite emailing them they stopped replying and have compeltely ignored me. Their courier company is horrendous and are no help. I have proof of cctv that the second package was never delivered. If you have any decency you will be in contact with me to resolve this. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

Ordered the white lily artificial vertical garden some weeks ago for a very plain and boring white fence. The results speak for themselves and I have received compliment after compliment on how incredible they look! We had to screw some wood planks in horizontally so the vertical garden would be flush against the fence however, the garden went up with a few nails (or you can use staples) and they lock into each other which can be fiddly. All up we used 12 square metres and took approx 1-2 hours to put up. We also had to cut the bottom as the concrete had a slight slope. The result is incredible and I have now have people coming over back to back over the next few weeks to show it off. 100% recommend!

Fantastic product, and we love our new green wall. Definitely has given our terrace's dining area a new depth.
