Same like others opinion, I wish i could give them negetive ratings.Extremely rude, unprofessional and RACIST. My partner went inside the shop just to see some dress, and their attitude was ignorant and indirectly asked if we can afford the dress.Also we asked for some specific product which they told us they do not have such product instock. Little later we saw that product on display.

I'm sure it would have been a lovely experience, only if i could get into the store. As soon as i walked in i was told by the staff that she was closing the store but would be back at 3 pm. I said that was fine as there were only a few minutes left to 3. I came back at around 3:05 and they were still not open. I waited outside the store for another 25 mins but no one came to open the store. Extremely unproffessional, and disappointing for customers who are faced with a sign that says back at 3 pm" when the time is 3:30."

I had a last minute dress to find today, i went into another retail store in Stockland Merrylands but unfortuntely didn't get any form of customer service and couldn't find the right dress after trying on a number of outfits. As i was walking back to my car I came across KAYRA and initially I thought I wouldn't find anything as the gowns looked very expensive and definately out of my budget. The wonderful Zahra came to the rescue & provided exceptional customer service and helped me find a elegant yet affordable dress.Will definately be back again.

I wish I could give you a zero for the worst service. Not recommended at all. I bought a gown for my anniversary and tried after coming home. It was loose and I wanted to exchange. A straight NO from the rude lady at the store. While buying I was told that they can do any alterations if I want. Upon asking for alteration, the lady said, we can provide you a number of the person who can do it.!!!" It seems they just want to get rid off the stock they have. NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND. GREAT POLICY!! When they had to sell the clothes
