DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They do not sanitise their hands and try to keep things clean. I tried giving them a few more shots but when I got my face waxed, she got it stuck in my hair and the wax was hard to take off and she kept redoing parts on my face. One time, this girl said she would charge me a extra 55 dollars for a full face because I have a lot of hair on my sides. It was RIDICULOUS and she told my my side burns looked ugly. I was dumbfounded. These girls spoke in Hindi with each other and kept delaying time to finish my face. I always break out when I get thread and waxing of my face!!!

Service is incredibly SLOW!! I have walked out many times because the staff are often standing around, on the computer or walking around.The actual threading the girls do is good and the only reason I return but I highly recommend the staff to attend to their customers in a more proficient and timely manner.

If only I could put Negative star! Do not come here. Not only did the lady continuously put product in my eye (I was getting an eyelash lift), I kept squirming and was very uncomfortable and in pain. It took an hour for them to finish the job and once it was done I was horrified to see my eyelashes completely uneven and my right eyelashes all curled together and what looks like they are sizzled.I went back to ask how they could fix it and they said that it happened because I had long eyelashes to start off with… this is their job and they should know that if someone has longer eyelashes then perhaps the product does not need to be on for as long.She only gave me a quarter of my money back and asked me to come back the next day.If you want your eyelashes tinted then MAYBE this is an ok place to go but definitely seek somewhere else if you’re wanting a eyelash lift!

This place is horrible and there is one staff member (one of the three ladies who worked on 12/2/23) treats customers really bad and when she understood that she ruined my eyebrows, she asked another girl to shape my eyebrows saying she did only the clean up. Not only she ruined my eyebrows but she wasted my time and money too. This salon must be loosing customers day by day because of these staff.

I walked into this store today for an eyebrow and eyelash tint. One woman threaded my brows quickly, then started applying cream to my eyelashes. Another woman came over and told her to stop, then they started arguing in their language and I didn't know what was happening. The second woman then told me the first one made a mistake, so she removed the product from my eyes. The women kept arguing and hardly spoke to me while she worked on my eyes and put on the tinting products. It was really awkward and I just wanted to leave the whole time. The removal of the eyelash tint was really rough and got product in my eyes, which the woman then said was my fault for blinking too much.Once done, they overcharged me and didn't even wipe all the excess tint. I had to go home and scrub all the dye off the sides of my face. There was also a gap in one of my eyebrows where the first girl over plucked the hairs when threading.Will never be going back. Teach your staff basic customer service etiquette and proper beauty techniques.

I tried to get my eyebrows done and walked in just before 5pm on a Monday. They close at 5.30pm. I did not know this at the time. There were 3 women waiting and a few workers. They did not let me in and I did not push it as I thought they close at 5pm! Disappointed to later find out they could have easily fit me in.

Had my eyebrows threaded. Towards the end, to trim my eyebrows, the staff member used a very heavily used spoolie brush to brush my eyebrows. The brush had very visible eyebrow hairs from other customers.I asked the staff member to use a new spoolie brush for sanitary reasons and she refused and said they only change the spoolie every five customers.This is completely unsatisfactory.It is unhygienic to brush multiple people’s eyebrows with the same spoolie brush.Disposable spoolie brushes are not expensive! Get a 50 pack for $2.50.I will not go back to this Chadstone branch.If I were able to give this a review of 0 stars, I would.

My brows are always flawless no matter who I see here for threading. In and out within 10 mins and at a price I can afford to maintain fortnightly! Thanks lovely ladies! X
