From getting the quote in 2020 to installation in 2022 the guys at Planet Timber have been fantastic. Stuart provided a competitive quote and Jeremy the Install Manager was exceptional in ensuring the install went smoothly with a professional installation crew. The oak flooring looks stunning and we have had plenty of compliments on how it looks and feels. Second time we have build a house and the second time we used Planet Timbers. Speaks volumes.

Not only they were very quick to get it to WA from the East Coast, they did an excellent job delivering, and were very flexible with reimbursing part of the order since we had to make some adjustments once we started renovations (we got scotia at first but then had to return them since we ended up using skirting). They were kind enough to add 200m2 of underlay builders plastic FREE OF CHARGE. See the photo of our new and beautiful bamboo flooring which has just been laid (still not even cleaned and already looks amazing). Regarding the price, they came to be the cheapest when compared to 6 different competitive quotes. Very happy with them!
