Got a quote for the repair a few weeks before I actually got it done. They let me know the cost and how long it would take them to fix my phone (screen replacement), and they told me the exact same thing as I was handing them over my phone, quick and cheap (for my model of phone at least) and exceptional quality; no dodgy screens or damaging the audio/charging areas from the replacement

Saned did a great job. He was helpful and quick with information on the phone. And repaired the back glass of my iphone that same afternoon. He was patient and efficient helping with find the right case and new screen protector too.Skillful, well informed and pleasant to deal with. Recommended.

Sam was Excellent! Not just because he saved my Samsung phone after I dropped it in water on a Wed night. I phoned that night, and first thing Thurs morning, Sam returned my call, his manner was genuine, he listened, he explained the charges.
