I had a glycolic acid peel done today (9:00am 18th May 2019).I left the clinic with a swollen and sore left eye as a result of the clinician getting some of the acid in and around the eye area during the treatment. The lady (i cannot remember her name) doing my facial got some of the acid in one of my eyes but she told me it must have been due to the mask she put on my face post peel. The amount of pain i was in did not suggest to me that it was a reaction" to the mask. I felt like my concern wasn't taken seriously when the initial pain was felt at the clinic. I left feeling very sore

Have had several wonderful facial treatments here (Microdermabrasion, peels & skin needling) to focus on specific concerns of mine. Plus other treatments, and have been really impressed with not only the results, But also the knowledge and skill of the skin therapists and nurse whom have performed my treatments.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone! And I think I have recommended them to everyone I can!

This is my favorite place ever. All the girls are absolutely fantastic! I’ve been going here for treatments for acne such as LED, skin needling (dermapen) facials and peels and everything is always so perfect and amazing. They’ve made such a difference to skin and my visits are always the highlight of my month. I definitely recommend them !!

Today I had my first consult with Dr Caroline Taylor-Walker. I found the atmosphere very comforting, warm and professional. All information was very clear and things were explained in detail of the service I enquired about. I'm very excited about my future treatments.

Absolutely awful service. Had a few procedures done but every ssingle time experienced painful customer service. Multiple times was called a dat to few days before and told that appointment can;t go ahead : renovations/ holidays / something else... as these could not have been accounted for in advance...Every time I did come I also had to wait for 20 minutes for my appointment. I understand, this can happen occasionally but with this company it is a norm. So fo here if you want to pay a lot of money to be treated like rubbish .

Such a beautiful & warm reception awaits when you enter the doors of MOS. From the efficency of the clinical nurse & Dr Caroline herself & of course the charming receptionists, to the cosy ambience of the beautiful waiting room, there is an assurance of professionalism with any treatment undertaken. The level of consultation & follow up treatment is of a high standard. Aftercare checkup by way of phone or sms is very reassuring & testimony to the MOS Clinic's gold standard of service & care.

Love love love Dr. Caroline and the staff at Ministry of Skin. Have been visiting for years for all my skin needs - injectables, laser and skin cancer checks and more! My skin has never been better. These ladies are super informative and always ensure I feel comfortable and welcomed. Can't speak highly enough of this fab clinic.

My daughter had her first facial today. She returned absolutely glowing. Darcie you made her feel beautiful, her skin is so amazing and dewy. This will be the first of many. I cant thank you enough. What an introduction for her into the world of skin care!
