I've just completed a 10 class trial at this studio and I couldn't be more impressed! The staff are friendly, laid-back, and supportive. I've never really enjoyed fitness classes before trying F45. I highly recommend this environment to beginners or to those returning to fitness - there are always ways to alter the workouts to suit your abilities and the trainers give great advice. To all of the staff at F45 Wagga Wagga - thanks very much for your kindness and support these past two weeks!

Fantastic atmosphere and great trainers. Always willing to offer advice, encourage and continue to assist with your form to ensure you maximise your results and minimise your risk of injury. The group training is hands down the best I’ve experienced at any gym. Love F45 Wagga!
