Guys this is the best service centre to exist. Car drives away brand new every time and they do what they say they’ll do.Unfortunately I had to move away use another Ford service centre and they got me to drop off car at 8am, I ended paying over $1500 and watched the dash cam afterwards to find they only worked on the car for 17 minutes at the end of the day. This included driving up and down the ramp to the service location! If dash cams didn’t exist you’d think it was some major work being done!Miss working with the Arncliffe team. They were truly an honest bunch

Rang up during the advertised times, sorry the parts centre staff go home at 3:30pm. Ok ring up the next day, sorry can’t give you any information on the part you need unless you give me your VIN (don’t know why you can’t search for parts based on model and year… but anyway…) call up give them the VIN, ask for a part number, sorry can’t give out part numbers… WHAT? You’re a parts supplier… anyway got the parts I was after from a different place at half the price quoted. Really bad customer service…
