ABSOLUTELY AWFUL STORE.(Update 12/05/22 Male bathroom still locked)McDonald's solution to fix a broken amenties after weeks is to simply lock the door.BP workers have complained. No result. I've mentioned it to Chantel at Hq. No result. Just lock the door and hide the problem ( to improve the store experience ) according to Joanne Potts.Service here is attrocious and you will have a guaranteed wait of atleast 10 minutes. But that's only if they don't totally ignore you for 5 minutes when coming in. The staff here really do lack basic customer service skills or simply don't care.Nothing will change!

We ordered from Uber eats 2 cheese burgers and 20 pieces spicy chicken nuggets and we wait 50 minutes for the order and then they called us and said there is no spicy chicken nugget we're just gonna send the (mini) cheese burger and you'll get a refund for the nuggets

They are going to take too long for the order of even chips. I was waiting 20 minutes to get my chips. Staffs not good, thry are too slow for work. Even drive tho is full and many people were getting out.

Very small McDonalds that's part of the BP Service Station. Modern store, Burgers and chips were hot and fresh. Staff were polite and friendly. Unfortunately the toilets were heavily vandalized which is a bit confronting along with the bright yellow sharps container on the wall. Not at all in keeping with McDonald's generally bright and cheerful child friendly atmosphere.

One star is way too generous. If I could have given no stars I would have chosen that! The store was dirty and chaotic and to just get a coffee took over 20 minutes! There were at least 10 people standing around waiting for their orders and the guy in the line ahead of me ordered a large fries and it took him over 10 minutes to get them.The toilets were also absolutely filthy and something that the Health Department will be made aware of. I've never seen more disgusting, filthy toilets.As for the McDonalds area, the floor was dirty, tables were dirty, the counter was dirty and I could see that behind the counter was also dirty and untidy. Cars waiting for drive thru orders were parked all over the place and blocking the traffic for the petrol station causing a traffic nightmare.I would NOT recommend anyone bother going to this store. It's an absolute disgrace!

It's McDonald's, I remember when I worked in fast food as a kid I made the food to the quality I would expect. A shame Maccas and every other fast food chain has lost the care factor we had. Now you pay a fortune to eat poorly prepared food no one cares less about...that's every Maccas, not this one specificially...

This place is actually pretty good in the day, quick and delicious food.The night, though. It's beyond horrible.It doesn't matter what you order, they will either forget something, or deliver the coldest, most overdue food ever conceived. Buns will be cold and dry, meat will be rubbery and drinks will be watery.Never, ever order any desserts along with your food if you order for delivery. I have ordered from this store dozens of times, all with at least 1 McFlurry or sundae in my order. And all of them never arrived. Not. A. Single. One.All in all, this place is half decent in the normal daylight hours, it's worse than Cheltenham road McDonald's by millions of miles (get your food there!!) And night time is horrors beyond comprehension.This place gets 2 stars because of the weight carried by daytime workers. I'd walk in there and teach the night workers how to use more than 3 fingers when carrying out the 2nd delivery order they've received their entire shift.

Always get very poor service every single time - especially from the males - from management down. Always speak abruptly, never a smile or manners and more often the order is wrong. We always have to wait and park where there is nowhere to do this. Overall, I would suggest going to another Maccas.

I ordered flat white with almond milk extra hot. No problems and quick service. Can't go wrong with Maccas coffee.
