Great service, lovely bread and cakes

Purchased a pull a part today sweet chilli. So stingy on the ingredients. I remember when they had the sundried tomato ones and everyone loved them.Guess, Delight is out the door. Turn your back on your customers and the customers will turn there back on you.Absolutel rubbish never again

I shopped at Fountain Gate Bakers Delight at 5:28 PM on the 08 Nov Tuesday and was racially discriminated and prejudiced by a staff called Sarah. I was horrified given we are in 2022 especially after COVID. I saw Sarah from a distance as I was heading towards the store to buy some bread rolls. The moment I got there and saw me stood in front of her, she instantly pretended she was busy with rearranging the finger buns and gave me this look - a 'you are beneath me' look and proceeded to talk to a male staff pretending she did not see me.I rang the head office at 5:57 PM and was hold for 11 mins 59 secs and no one bothered to answer the call. Why in the world would Bakers Delight Fountain Gate employ 2 embarrassing staffs who don't want to work there? I will be taking this further to ensure that no one else suffer this humiliation want to be compensated for racial discrimination!

Terrible customer service, literally just went past and saw some mini custard scrolls and some cheese and bacon buns was willing to pay for them, but all the girl says in the most rudest way EVER is we closed".This is the third time I've had terrible customer services from her no smile no sorry we are closed just "we closed" and processed to give the dirtiest look ever to me"

This is the best bakery the freshest bread ,but some can't afford there prices ,but well worth the money and there buns a beautiful

amazing service, great variety of yeast filled loaves. really upset that they were not forth coming about my donation of my own personal yeast that i have accuired. just trying to support local small business.

I go to Bakers Delight for their low FODMAP loaves which are a little pricy, but it’s to be expected for special dietary requirements. The guy who served me was super friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. Would go back again
