I have tried phone calls the computer voice just won't give the phone number for shepparton. Then it says goodbye and ends the call. Worst customer service

Man dressed casually in PLAIN black out the front of the office talking to 2 people. As I went to walk by, he told me off for failing to join the queue"... I said "where is the queue?"he pointed to the two people.When I said"Sorry there was no indication there was a line

There was a guy at the door. And he was so rude and impolite to us. After we did the check-in, he said something very fast. I couldn’t understand it so I said “sorry”. Then he was impatient and heave a sight. He took of the mask and said the words slowly with disdain. He asked us about did we have some covid-19 symptoms or contact with someone who has Covid-19 positive? I replied him “No, we don’t “. Then he said “Ugn, now you understand English”. I don’t get it. He took of the mask and was so rude to us.I felt really bad about this. I believe all staff are kind and friendly to help us solve our problems except for him. Why he did this to us? Because we are not Native speaker English?

I've heard they recently switched to an appointment system for longer visits. I only had to upload some ID and only took ten minutes with no appointment. Great organisation and a step forward!

Useless. Struggled with trying to update my son's parental income estimate all weekend. Approached your office from first thing, only to be told full in these firms & upload via app. Repeatedly asked for help as part of the issue our internet rec. Apparently asking too muchReturned today 22nd Dec to sort same issue again. Sorted in record time. Well done Holly. Amazing what happens when we are listened to.

I've had my few issues with centrelink but this takes the cake, not only did they cut off my parents family tax benefit but they are trying to take my mum's carers payment and allowance. I thought centrelink was to help people.. clearly not they have no idea how hard it is on a family who has a lot of difficult circumstances they make it even harder on you. It's alright I guess though go pay another junkie who need's it's high.

Why make an office if they can't even process anything. Counter Karen was especially rude and pushed me to the next lady who was nice enough to update me on my Medicare status. Which still got me nothing done in 3 months. Second time coming here too to get my Medicare done

To be truthful, we attended our meeting with trepidation. Lots of negative thoughts. Well, we could not have been more wrong. So helpful, explaining everything and making all info very easy to understand. We came away feeling that we were on the right track and we now have a much bigger understanding of ‘how things work ‘. Thank you to Rachel, Jenny and the very switched on security guard who offered us to stay inside while we waited for RACV assistance and then went to the RACV guy to tell him that we were on our way. Smiles, respect and information, what more could you ask for, (well, maybe for the car to not break down?) I will not be worried about returning to these very approachable people in the future.
