Appalling customer service. I witnessed one of the senior members of staff become pugnacious towards a female customer. His condescending attitude and disparaging comments mean I won't be back EVER!!In response to Admins reply. I'm pretty sure when the female customer walked out telling your staff member to f&@k off she wasn't joking!

Best lamb I have eaten in 60 years. Yes I am that old. So moist and tasty, I thought I couldn’t eat better meat than I have previously experienced. The lamb and pork from Haven Meats was so delicious and literally melted in your mouth. Thanks Haven Meats and of course Jay for his brilliant cooking skills.

Chicken, spinach and pine nut sausages here are something out of this world. Fresh, tasty and unique. The sausages here are the best I've had and I'm not a big fan of sausages unless they're at bunnings and i dont have to cook them lol.Based on our purchase here, we will absolutely recommend their snags and return to buy more the next time we have a family BBQ. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Looking forward to the next time we visit and buy our meat. Thanks for being awesome and delivering good quality meat. I'd have to agree they're the best in the bay. Yum!
