Even though I was wanting them to install a system they were not aware of, they went out of their way to do their own research and even contacted the manufacturer to ensure they were capable of the install. The installation was done quickly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Severe caravan hail damage (almost total reclad) repaired by the Mike Griggs team over the last 3 weeks. Van looks as good as (if not better) than new. Great service from Heath with regular updates and photos. Thanks to the whole team for the friendly service and excellent workmanship.

Heath and his team have serviced our AOR van and installed a diesel heater and a second water tank, their quality of work is 5/5 with outstanding communication and customer service, highly recommend.

We had a door damaged when in Victoria. Since we were going to Adelaide I called Heath and he went out of his way to find a replacement. We are going back to Perth so we couldn’t wait so he made a replacement outer door while we waited. The service was outstanding. Highly recommended

If your going to utilise this business for repairs or services I'd highly suggest that you get your quote/estimation and pricing done beforehand. I just had a basic service for my camper trailer and literally charged double? I was advised to this and that and sitting down reading the list of jobs" they did see no justification for the price gouge! I won't be servicing my camper here again

The staff at Caravan Crash and Service, did a wonderful job in fixing our recently bought 21 year old pop top caravan, which turned out to have quite a bit wrong with it! Beautiful job of resealing the outside joins so no leaking rain inside, fixing wobbly roof catches with wood reinforcing inside (no flying roof worries any more). Really happy with the sink tap replacement, and installation of a Duetto water heater under sink. Very good general service of brakes and safety etc and various smaller items replaced or fixed efficiently and well. Very friendly and approachable staff, with a special mention of Heath, Jen and Peter who went above and beyond. We found the staff to be friendly, supportive and courteous. We were presented with a comprehensive report on all the tasks completed and were encouraged by a very thorough service which was more than our expectations. We now know our caravan is safe for our continued travels. We also would not hesitate to recommend Heath and his staff for a professional approach to any caravan service.

I had a problem with the hot water system on the caravan, they replaced the unit at a reasonable price. They went out of their way to give me advice on different things that I needed to know about caravanning. I highly recommend them for any repair and service. I will be back
