Harbour View Caravan Park
We enjoyed our stay at Habour View a really nice and comfortable park.Large sites so plenty of room, a lot of fishing people who are locals every year ,they all are friendly, would have stayed longer but sites were all booked out. The price is very reasonable, amenities very clean.

Very good park. Dale and Judy are great hosts.Swimming pool is great especially today as it is 42 degrees.

The lady at the counter was friendly however having 3 children in tow my partner and I needed a cabin being late in the day and we were not impressed. I would've increased the star rating if the cabin was cleaned properly, it was not cleaned well at all! The caravan park charged us accordingly but only supplied 2 towels and sheets so we were 3 towels and sheets short. We would not stay here again. We stayed on Oct 11th.

Loved this park! Cheerful owners, who have put care into their site. Ensuite cabins privately located with open uninterrupted harbour views. Peaceful. Very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Off the main road so no traffic noise. Would happily stay again.

We stayed at this park for the peace and quiet and loads of space. We were not disappointed. The lady running the place was very friendly and helpful. We had a huge selection of spots we could position our van. We ended up with a picturesque view overlooking the water. The waterfront isn’t much good for walking and there is no beach to speak of. There is a boat ramp a few metres away from the park. Toilet amenities were very clean. There is a small pool for summer and a kids playground.

Great place to stay..sites roomy and good amenities..pool looked great and would of been nice to have a dip after dinner as it was a hot night.. but it closes at 6..Two pubs in town .. Franklin Harbour Hotel was very average food and it was hard to get a smile from staff… we will definitely try the Commercial Hotel next time ..

The staff were really friendly, the sites were nice and spread out which was good and the facilities were clean and well looked after.

Beautiful setting and so quiet. Lights sunsets. It has everything. Ants and mosquitoes as close to mangroves. Very friendly owners. Showers clean and lots of hooks and soap holders. Obviously a womans touch of comfort detail.

Enjoyable stay. Helpful to have quality laundry (there is a book exchange here), pool and the friendly staff. Scenic spots and unmissable sunsets. It is a dry and hot 10 minute cycle into town, or a 25 minute walk. The caravan park in town appears to have more shade - and this could be a more l favourable location if exploring on foot and wanting to stroll the town and jetty.
