Australia Post - Milsons Point Post Shop

For 2.55 Australian dollars, you can buy a beautiful postcard with postage. Of course, I sent a postcard back to Taiwan to myself, no matter how many years later, I will always remember the beautiful scenery of Sydney.

The lady wearing glasses and of South Asian appearance (pinja?) is the rudest lady I have ever met in my life. She should NOT be working in a customer service role and needs to check herself constantly. Can she get a job in any other industry because she doesn't know how to talk to someone in a professional way. She has been so uncooperative (classic Australia Post) and never lets me get my parcels based on arbitrary rules that she comes up with. Whenever I talk to ANY OTHER person at this post office, they are just so helpful at this location. She needs to take a course in racial sensitivity, customer service training and basically just learn how to be a normal human being.

The Team at Milsons Point Post Shop are so so great, always willing to help and offer to go the extra mile. A Joy!

Every time I visit this post office I feel welcomed and the team members take the time to help. It is always a good experience.

Everything seems to take three times as long as it should. Simply picking up a parcel is excruciatingly slow as the staff mess around with ancient computers they can barely use, can't find your parcel, go back and forth between the the store room, etc. Even when there's a line out the door the staff possess no sense of urgency. Oh and the opening hours are super short – open at 9am and close at 5pm because who has to go to work!?

Without any doubt whatsoever THE best service at any post office in Australia. Thanks Paul, Eva and all the other staff.

Staff are always helpful and friendly. However there is an error in the opening hours on the parcel collection card compared to the hours online. The parcel collection card states they are open 9:30-1:00pm on Saturdays. I went at 9:50 and they weren’t open!

Probably the best post office in all of NSW they’re so friendly such nice people work here.

I've been blessed to find this small residential post office that offers exceptional customer service. I have been a regular customer for over four years and in this time I have found the staff to be more than adequate. They often go over and above what is required to help, often in trying circumstances. I managed an international package transfer today which was heading for the US and was impressed how easy the staff made the transaction possible utilising a barcode system.To Paul, Eva, Yuni and Hari keep up the good work you're very much appreciated.
