Great little boutique in the heart of Caloundra

I am a big girl and am often made to feel unwelcome in these styled boutiques. Not here. I was warmly welcomed and assisted to a range that fitted and flattered my shape. I left very happy with my purchases. I could have bought more, especially in accessories. Thank you for the lovely experience.

Friendly customer service . Love that as personalised service is rare these days

Lovely range of clothing and homewares but unfortunately the customer service is not overly friendly - I was recently ignored whilst those who were obviously friends with the staff were receiving excited attention. I’ve previously spent $$ here.

I absolutely love this company and it’s staff.. they went above and beyond to cater to my sizing needs for clothing I brought from them , the quality is outstanding and worth every penny I could not of had a better experience. Bexx is so lovely and helpful when I was so stressed she made me feel beautiful inside and out and made me look gorgeous. I wish I could give more then 5 stars because my experience was the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. Has quality linen. It's addictive once you purchase one.Stock changes constantly and turns over quickly.Staff friendly and helpful.Store has a reward program.There are 3stores. All has different goods stocked to the other.Online shopping is available.

Found the shop on Instagram as travelling through in the area. Had so many items that I liked (loved), unfortunately not in my size but they checked immediately if they could find it. Messaged me within 1/2 hour to say an item had arrived.As far as customer service goes, exactly what you would hope for & expect. Lovely & such a great range of clothing! Highly recommend
