Terrible service and communication - don't bother with this company. Frank turned up unexpectedly a week after we discussed the requirement for a quote. Agreed on a price and an approximate 1 week turnaround (this was for a small job), and after more than 2 weeks of leaving messages and emails he hasn't had the decency to return any of my calls. If he can't do the work - then let me know! I could have gone elsewhere - and right before Christmas too.
