The absolute worst. DO NOT GO THERE . No point making an appointment they won’t keep it and then overcharge at chance. No follow up. Revolving door trying to print money

I don’t understand why they write 3 minutes for $50 but still charge me $80?? Ridiculous

Central Clinic us a fantastic private practice - awesome doctors and friendly efficient admin staff. Dr Han has been my GP for a few years and I trust him completely. He is very caring, knowledgeable and makes complicated information about my symptoms, tests and treatments easy to understand. Dr Han really listens to my concerns, takes the time to explain my options, then helps me make the best decisions about my health. He is especially good at explaining the risks and benefits of different treatments. Super smart but also kind, gentle and respectful.

Easter Monday I sat on hold for 25 mins listening to the recorded message stating they are open 7 days a week and all public holidays for the community. I drove there whilst still on hold and they were closed. Very disappointing!

After waiting an hour despite having an appointment the doctor had me out in 5 min but then didn't even have the decency to follow through their own fees charging me 30 dollar more than shown on the chart. Thanks!

Three times in a row I have been forgotten in the waiting room and had my appointment cancelled or ignored. I am currently sitting in the waiting room at 5.30pm after being told I will be able to have a phone consult in about 20 minutes. My appointment was for 4.10pm.

Constantly unorganised. They say they bulk bill to people with health care cards. I have provided my health care card twice now to them just as they were about to charge me. They said because it wasn't in their system, even though I have put it on the inpatient information document and provided my card to them as well.They are terrible at answering phone calls and if you do get through, they tell you their busy and will call you back, but they never do. I called them this morning, they said that and I've been waiting all day.Receptionists are quite rude and instead of actually entering information into the system etc or taking calls they are gossiping to each other. Only reason I go here is because my doctor is really good.

Wonderful staff, they try their best to cater for locals and travellers. One of the only doctors clinics in town that excel in getting you an appointment when you need one.

Sent by the hospital to be tested for covid19Dr Ibrahim Bhatti asks couple questions says don't need be tested here is a certificate. Also doesn't even recommend anytgong or actually tell you whats wrong.Then chargers you $75 consultation fee.Pandemic rip off..
