I bought a pair of shies recently. Although not worn much yet, I've found the shoes are loosing there colour fast. For the price, I'm disappointed. Cheap old rivers shoes keep their colour better. Bit disappointing.

Service here was outstanding. Finally my wife found shoes that fitted her wide feet and look good. The staff member was very patient and obviously knew his products and the customer needs.We will be back.

On 29/10 I took my mum (90) to your Stirling store to get her some shoes. When we went in there was another lady looking. We were stared at with no greeting. We eventually found a pair mum wanted to try on. The lady got them for her and I was left to put them on for her. I have a bad back and she has trouble bending. I'm sorry but these ladies just stood and watched us with one lady eventually coming over to do the shoe up for us. I was in customer service for 50 years and I am quite disappointed with the non service we recieved. Mum really liked the shoes but was so unimpressed she said no thankyou and we left.Sue

Got a pair of shoe so expensive n they got a size bigger in 1 hr. Took them back the manager was sooo rude. After 1 hr begging them they changed it to smaller size which wasn’t working at all for me.Just a waste of money. Never go there again. Their shoes quality has got cheaper than before

I was in the store Yesterday as my podiatrist suggested for my new orthotics and I was served by a wonderful young lady, she was very helpful. I felt listened too, she really took the time to come up with solutions to my issues. I'm not easily pleased but yesterday I was very pleased.

I had such amazing service yesterday I felt the need to share it with the world! In the age of online shopping, it was fantastic to visit this store and receive such great customer service. Staff were knowledgeable about were very patient whilst I tried on a number of shoes.I needed to visit another store to grab my size, and the staff here at Stirling called up right away to get them put behind the counter.Congratulations on hiring such customer service superstars. Ill be back!

The service offered by this store is phenomenal. The staff are always friendly, efficient and go out of their way to source shoes for you. I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone as their customer service is excellent, and should be held up as an example of how to treat customers.
