Ordered 2 x Kessebohmer Replacement Gas struts I needed expecting them to take a few days to arrive after my late night order.I also put wrong suburb in order. I sent an email and Elraco sales team were onto it first thing in morning.Received next day which was totally unexpected. (we're in Adelaide Metro as well)Well done To Elraco team and will have so say thanks to APD for an equally awesome delivery.

Thanks for great service & quick delivery to Adelaide. I haven't installed these heavy duty drawer slides yet, but you can tell from the smoothness of the mechanisim & how heavy they are, that they are very well made :)

Ray was really helpful and let me know my order was coming from NSW as the local arm of Cowdroy didn't keep the 5m lengths of robe maker tracks in stock. He kept me updated all the way and that's all I ask for when dealing with a business if stock needs to be brought in from elsewhere.

I did my research on Google and found the Elraco site. I needed to replace the poor quality track and rollers fitted to my sliding shed door by the manufacturer.Not only is the new track and rollers better designed, engineered and fabricated it's also easy to install especially with very knowledgeable advice from the two brothers who run the business. I could not have asked for better products or service.

Unbelievable commitment to friendly service - while I was restoring my Federation house about 3 years ago, I bought a whole lot of copper finish period door knobs from El Raco.The handles look great, but my kids are none to gentle and, through continual slamming, and a few screws came loose and were lost. I contacted El Raco and Ray, unhesitatingly mailed me some replacements at no cost.Unbelievable. I don't hesitate to recommend El Raco and will not hesitate to use them again.Thanks, Ray, appreciated.
