Wrong parts were put into my car for a RWC certificate 6000Kms ago, when confronted no empathy was shown, not even a sorry but instead rude behaviour. If its happened to me, its probably happened to others that are not aware. Example photo of wrong bushes, stating they were new which they are not, and even charging me for parts that weren't evn changed

Just wanted to say thank you to Theo and all the team at All in Automotive. Being a real estate agent it was paramount I had my own car for the weekend, it was great to have my car back on the same day. Also thank you for the loan car as I haven't seen those around for years. Great service at a fantastic price. Keep it up.

Booked a car in for a roadworthy (on the Tuesday) for that Friday. Was told I’d receive a call to confirm on the Friday morning, advising a time to bring it in. After hearing nothing by 11:30 on the Friday morning, I dropped in to follow up. Was told “not going to happen today” and the impression was they didn’t give a damn that they had inconvenienced someone. Absolutely terrible level of service. Wouldn’t waste your time dealing with someone with such a poor level of service.

I was there the day the owner was not working, his son I believe served me, he was nice enough, the older gentleman that worked on my car was also lovely. However, the wrong oil was put into my car, and when I advised hem they put the wrong oil in they did not change it, I was still charged. I own a Subaru and since they are meant to specialise in Subaru I would expect the correct oil to be put in, they didn't even use synthetic. So not happy about that and would not go back.
