Hello, yesterday I spoke with Sam Hanson on the phone. I am so thankful for how helping he was. He gave me clear instructions on how to safely and successfully detach my pool pump so I could take it to get serviced.I know during this time (December) all pool companies would be under the pump as the warmer weather approaches. He could have easily hung up on me but instead ensured I had every bit of detail to get this job done. Thank you Sam!With previous interactions with this pool company all workers including Dean, Ange and Brad are all great people and successfully run this locally owned pool and spa store.

Question to ask when you get Gordon Ave Pools to install a pool, will you be able to service it and the answer from Gordon Ave is NO we can't, if I had of known this prior to spending up to $40K I would have gone elsewhere. Reasons provided by the team at Gordon Ave Pools 1. you reside outside of Geelong 2. Too far to travel 3. We don't have other service jobs in your location 4. We have too much work on to enable your location and 5. we don't have enough staff to meet demand - Sorry we can't help you with servicing your pool you bought from us.NO service calls due to each time enquiring about booking a service call the team at Gordon Ave Pools would advise apologies but we are booked for months but please do call back to see if we have availability at a later date"."

So happy we went with Gordon Ave for our new pool, everything ran smoothly from our first meeting to final handover. Communication was great and every stage of the instillation ran smoothly and on time. Highly recommended.

So disappointed in after sales service. All helpful when selling you a spa but when you get a leak they fob you off saying they can't do anything. Today after 2 months of trying to get our leak fixed our plumber did it for us! Should have asked him 2 months ago! Not impressed Gordon Ave pools and spas get your after sales service improved wouldn't recommend you to anyone

Recently had a dealing with Ava after needing pool water tested while I was house sitting. Ava’s service was amazing. She went above and beyond for me; even suggested I could call when I got home for extra help. Very appreciative!
