While the place is well decorated and stocked with all types of games the atmosphere is very overwhelming and uneasy for newcomers and makes asking simple questions about games seem very elementary and foolish, the staff are knowledgeable but a bit scummy and good games need better quality control and needs to learn to hang on to the good ones overall there are many stores very close to good games Gosford that have much better atmosphere and customer service for novices and long time Tcg playes

Friendly and ridiculously knowledgeable staff with a welcoming community of gamers having fun out the back. If you have a late night craving to buy some MTG cards or update your Warhammer armies this is your best bet!

Friendly staff. Facilities has toilet and drinks for sale. We're new to the area and started running D&D there recently and they've put a lot of effort into making us a space that's good for playing. I also started going to the MTG events and they were very beginner friendly. Welcoming group, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Great store, good prices and quality products can't wait till events re-open.

The shop has a wide variety of board games, card games and party games that are all fun and entertaining. The store also has a very friendly staff, that is always willing to lend hand if needed. They also host a wide variety of which is a good way to meet new people that are often friendly and nice.

Very nice, been going for multiple Fridays, awesome service good prices would recommend for board gaming.

Visited thisafternoon to purchase some model supplies. Staff member behind the counter was too busy having a conversation about some disparaging comments regarding prior management, and how long term customers made him feel unwelcome. I can understand the latter, it's a hard space to step in to - however hearing about how someone else is an **expletive**" being talked about with staff is not the 'friendly local game store' atmosphere I've come to expect

Great shop, we visited with our 3 kids on a weekend to quickly pick up some things and the owner invited the kids to a nearby table and taught them a card stacking game to entertain them so we could find our items in peace. He was very helpful and friendly. It really makes all the difference when you have young kids and understanding staff in a shop.

Store manager Damien promised stock of UPC product at RRP or just over but when received reneged and lied. Priced at $699, over 2.5 times RRP. Opportunistic and disgraceful from a retailer. Wouldn’t bother spending money here.Below response is laughable. Damien portrayed himself as your manager. Absolutely no miscommunication was on my end.Perhaps it was on yours or is it just an attempt to cover up your attempt to cash in on a scalpers price. You also failed to justify why other Good Games stores are able to sell the same product at RRP of $240? They are on the same POS system yes?Anyway you’d be better off spending your time in training your staff in customer service, conflict resolution or general spelling Grady.
