The overall experience was very straightforward but I was never confused. The staff were friendly and took their time to explain any questions I had.The highlight of the experience was Megan. She was very professional and extremely friendly, I felt taken care of and knew I was getting the best service provided. She helped me pick out the best style glasses for my face and helped me step by step use my insurance cards. Each time I have gone to Specsavers Riverton the staff has been professional, friendly and informative. Their sales are great, especially on designer brands, their products last well and been very reliable. I never feel pressured to get anything I don't want. They make the whole process very smooth, well done staff!

The team at Riverton SpecSavers is phenomenal!! I was having trouble with my private health insurance claim and the whole team came together to try and figure out the problem. I really appreciate all the help provided, especially from Gene and Jo who were determined to figure out and solve the issue. I accidentally snapped the arm off my glasses on the Saturday night and Riverton Specsavers were the only store open on Sunday morning. Jo was not only able to send away from the same pair of frames (which were under warranty) but ALSO offered to lend me the stores pair of the same frames so that I would be able to see for the week while the replacements came in. She went above and beyond what anyone could expect and I am incredibly impressed. Absolutely incredible service, I cannot recommend coming here for your optical needs more highly. Jo was amazing! Thank you again from saving me blundering around blind for a week!
