I urgently needed a plumber as one of my pipes had burst. I contacted Jim's Plumbing and could not have been happier with the service I received.I contacted Jim;s Plumbing at 4.50 pm on Xmas Eve. Not only did they answer the phone but the lady was reassuring and confident that my issue could be repaired timely. I was happy to live with no water until Wednesday as I am not financially in a position to pay public holiday rates. I was reassured that they would attend with no penalty rates.The whole team was fantastic. They were on time, courteous phone call prior to arrival, full explanation as to what needed to be done, and unlike many trades people they cleaned up after themselves.I would recommend to family and friends.

Wanted a toilet removed temporarily so that we could retile the floor. Refused to provide an estimate and insisted on a call out charge before he would give a quote. Arrived very late and quoted $690 dollars for a ten minute job.Will never use this plumber.
