Got everything that I needed in the store very friendly staff good customer service

Rusty was a great help, shop had plenty of stock & priced well for a remote town.

First time in the store the other day as I’m new to the area. Service was great very friendly and very easy to talk too . Will definitely be going back for more great service

REALLY REALLY bad customer service.REALLY REALLY bad product orientation.Doesn't even recognize their own fault, talk to us like we had to know every product's fonctions of their store, and spoke to us like we were stupid.Store too expensive for what it is, less expensive in others.

One of the best camping stores I've been to.

We brought a pop up kettle (we'd had our previous one for 9-10 years) when we got back to camper it didn't fit in space. We didn't know they came in different sizes. We had only taken it out of box & not even used it. They would not give us our money back. Very bad customer service.

The manageress of this store claims the dubious distinction of the worst customer service one-star award. She rudely and vociferously refused to replace a faulty item despite purchase receipt and fault demonstration. This is one local store we will NOT be supporting again - ever.

Terrible customer service. Rude, arrogant and very unhelpful manager. I am told she is the manager and not the owner but bet she is costing them sales. We won't be back. We spent $342 there on camp chairs and a table. As we were making our way to the checkout to pay, we noticed a table exactly the same as the one we were buying but it had a price on it which was $3 cheaper than the newer stock one we had picked up. We asked the horrible lady manager about it, who had earlier shown no interest in helping us and just pointed to where the chairs were, when we asked for help. So when I asked if it was ok to take that table instead, as it was exactly the same and $3 cheaper, she rudely and aggressively replied do what you have to do, before reneging on that and saying no, I will check the price on the computer out the back. She then came back and said we couldn't have it for the cheaper marked price and had to pay the more expensive price and she was taking the older stock table out the back to change the price on it and we can't have it for that price. I was blown away and said to her, so we are spending $342 and you won't even honour your marked price on one of the items and are forcing us to pay the more expensive price, so you can make an extra $3 profit on us. How desperate are you. She was so rude and then just walked off with a take it or leave it attitude. Could not believe how disgusting she was treating good local customers spending a significant amount of money in her store. We would never buy anything there ever again.
