Get ready on the bed but waited 5 minutes for my massage to start. Massage finished 5 minutes earlier. That's 10 minutes taken from what you payed for plus I have been left covered with oil, obviously nothing can be done because of another booking. Massage has been done mostly with elbow, unprofessionally massaging bones and for good 10 minutes my bum has been massaged for unknown reason. Looking through the reviews that is the reason of choosing this place. Not sure if there is one person with bad attitude with almost no experience ruining it for all the others but with my experience I will recommend to stay away.

Lovely service, Kim was so kind and really helped me with my back problems, she even at the end gave me a handful of lollies and a slice of bael fruit to take home and make their tea! Such amazing service.

Visited yesterday with my Wife for our first ever couple massage. The 2 ladies that looked after us were so professional and funny. The experience couldn't have been any better. We left so happy and relaxed 10/10. Also their facility was very clean, smelt great, had relaxing ambient music and was a really good temperature. Everything you need to wind down, relax and be refreshed. We will definitely be coming back :)

Went there today and had the worst massage I’ve ever had. The male masseur has absolutely no idea how to massage. His massage “technics” were non existent. Not one muscle was massaged properly. I have previously had a great massage here but after today I won’t be back.

Definitely worth it! Quality staffs, massage room is very clean and quiet. I often visit this place since mid 2015 due to my long term lower back injury from overused and repetitive muscle movement from previous job. However my injury is getting better every visitation. This massage center is absolutely best in the west.

Went there I asked for a aromatherapy massage and she gave me deep tissue massage I have bruise like feeling in my spine and shoulders. I said no legs just back and she still massaged my legs wasting my paid time on my legs when I specifically said my back only. Worst massage never going back.
