I find it unfathomable, that after 4 emails to council and 1 email to our elected local member, we, after 6 weeks, can not get our unserviceable bin replaced. The bin has the back hanging out if it, the lid is broken, the wheels don't work and the animals are pulling the rubbish out of the bin through the broken sections.We have been told to leave it on the curb and has now been out there 6 weeks.This is a company, contracting services to our council which is paid for by rate payers.Not good enough Remondis.

Did not em po t 2 recycling bins last Friday and despite repeated calls to council as well as Remondis themselves, the nine have still not been emptied.
