I love the outdoor classes that Bel runs, can’t wait for the next one. Bel is a good instructor and I feel so good after attending a class. Looking forward to doing more classes & getting into reformer Pilates with Bel.

Exceptional value for money! As the maximum class size is 3, Bel offers all students personalized instruction and encouragement. I was new to the Pilates Reformer equipment, but Bel’s demonstrations and guidance made it simple to learn. For someone like me who works at a computer all day, the whole-body workout relieves my hip inflexibility and stiffness and really improves my coordination and strength.
