I've had my rainbow vacuum since 1990 and I've never had it serviced, either. I didn't even know they still existed, today. It definitely needs a service, though. It's lasted forever!

A monster of a machine that needs a lot of space for storage. Service is good as long as you pay the astronomical fees to fix repair the machine that will break sooner that expected and will need replacement parts periodically. I found the lady K. very abrupt and empathy lacking if you dont agree with her demands and rushed customer service. Deal with the man if you can, unfortunately she drives the business. There are plenty of newer modern vacuums in the market with a better diligent warranty scheme and service structure. If you have money to throw out of your window, get this bulky machine.

Great friendly service. We have a Rainbow vacuum cleaner from the 1980s and they keep it serviced and repaired really well. The office is a bit hard to find, as the entrance looks like leading into a housing estate, but once you've been there it's a snap.

My Rainbow Vacuum is from the 1980's & works fantastic. I just ordered some belts for the power nozzle & it was posted out to me. I won't hesitate in recommending Rainbow Vacuum Cleaners.It's hard to find anything that is built to last a lifetime these days. I don't see the point in wasting hundreds of dollars on cheap store bought vacuum cleaners which breakdown & need to be replaced every few years. They don't do anywhere near as good a job. Those cheap Vacuums are just wasting your money, wasting your time doing a bad cleaning job, plus they're terrible for the environment when you have to throw out so many broken down vacuum cleaners.
