We used Rado & Mark for our terrace renovation in Petersham which involved a complete demolition of the bottom floor, back yard and upstairs bedrooms. We could not be happier with every aspect of the project and recommend without hesitation. As an engineer myself, I had complete trust in their workmanship and processes. You may find a builder with equal ability, but you will not find builders who are better.

Mark and Rado would spare no expense with the quality of their work, the contractors and the materials they used which are second to none. Both would also offer their opinions that was helpful in putting the finishing touches to our renovation.Equally important was having two people we can trust to manage the process. Mark and Rado demonstrated high level of integrity and honesty from the start with no hidden surprises and the process went like clock work.Another noticeable trait was both Mark and Rado would listen to our requests and always followed through and that gave us comfort.Looking back when we started the process in deciding which contractor to go with. We are glad and also know we made the right choice to go with Durabay.

I was lucky to find Durabay, they have completed several projects including underpinning, structural and drainage work; a bathroom renovation; a kitchen renovation and a repair and renovation project in an outbuilding. I found Mark and Rado are easy to work with - they are extremely dependable, reliable and capable, finishing each project to their usual high standard. I was also very impressed by their attention to detail and their extensive building knowledge and experience used to trouble-shoot and solve small issues that would appear along the way. As a result, each project has been competently finished, often 'tweaked' to exceed expectations.. Highly recommend.
