Lash extensions were 50% off and were applied in under an hour which was worrying. I have read everywhere that the application takes over an hour to complete.The lashes hurt after they have been applied as well as whilst they were growing out. So many of my natural lashes were stuck together in clumps to the fake lashes when they fell out. I wasn’t able to brush through the lashes from base to end after a few days because of the amount of glue residue on my lashes. I was also asked to leave a 5 star review with Preet straight after my appointment which was extremely off putting. It really is up to the customer to leave a review based off their experience during and after the service.This is my first time having lashes and it unfortunately was not a pleasant experience.

I got my eyebrows threaded here and she didn't ask me how i wanted them shaped like i would normally be asked, she also sped straight through it and they're uneven. she also kept trying to upsell me- in the 2 minutes she took to thread my eyebrows she asked about 4 other services she wanted to offer me. not the worst but i wouldn't go again.

Was a bit worried given some reviews - I had an eye lash tint and lift and eyebrow tint and shape. Manpreet was attentive and listened when I had said I had sensitive eyes and the last time I had a eyelash lift it wasnt a success . She quickly stopped the procedure when my right eye was burning and washed out solution. She focused on my eyebrows and I couldnt be happier. Some treatments are not suitable and Im glad Manpreet listened to concerns. Love my eyebrows too, just the right shape!

I'll start by saying, I've had my eyelashes done no less than 40-50 times in my life so this is not new to me. I've never been unhappy with the results before today. I came out with two drastically different lash styles on each eye, I looked so silly. I went back an hour later despite dreading having to get half of them plucked out to get them fixed. The lady said it would be less painful the next day so I reluctantly agreed to first thing in the morning. I then started receiving calls and texts from two different numbers asking me to come later to a further salon. I had to ask multiple times for the location. I requested a partial refund of $30 on a $130 job due to having to go back, go further, and go through the pain of having them plucked out, which they ignored. I appreciate the offer to get them fixed but don't appreciate the lack of consideration for my time, changing the appointment and the pain it causes to get them fixed.

It's always a pleasure visiting Beauty and Brow Lash bar, especially today when I had eyebrow and facial done. Sonya made sure that I am relaxed throughout the facial. Thanks for the complimentary head massage. Threading wasn't painful at all! Very happy with the facial too.

Amazing service with amazing staff that were SO; Welcoming, friendly, kind and supportive oh and SKILLED and so time efficient with services “AMAZING!” I Live 3.5 hrs away and I booked in for eyelash extensions the night before, but upon arrival I Felt so comfortable there that I also got a whole face wax and eyebrow lamination. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON! and if there are any negative reviews on here; “ I highly doubt you actually attended an appointment because what I experienced along with my older friend that also had her eyelash extensions done (they look amazing and I’m pretty impressed that they were able to apply extensions to such sparse, straight, coarse eyelashes) WELL DONE GIRLS 10/10 and I will definitely be making the 3.5 hour trip for my next appointment …. Thanks so much girls I really appreciate the time you took and I’m loving the outcome!!!!

Abbsolutely loving my new lashes by the lovely girl the first time, was very nervous and unsure because when it comes to my lashes I’m very cautious. But I took the risk and it was honestly so worth it!!! The girl who did my lashes she was so amazing, nice, friendly and welcoming. The entire environment was clean and so pretty. Will definitely be going there to get my lashes done again. YOU MUST GO HERE & TRY IT OUT!! I PROMISE YOU will be happy

Have been coming back here since about 2022 when my regular salon closed. The staff have always been very accomodating & efficient - I regularly get great service for eyebrow threading, tinting & lash lifts. The threading is always neat & natural in shape & tint (I’ve always been asked before they commence & I have always responded as such). My lashes also last 6-8 weeks & I receive so many compliments because of it. Thank you for always taking care of me!
