Would recommend this place. The rooms have a vintage vibe. There is ample parking space for at the front n rear of the motel and plenty of grass area of kids to play around. The room we got was perfect for two and at a very good price range. The jacuzzi was definitely the highlight and a delightful surprise. The room was clean and plenty of supplies. The game room had a pool table and a table tennis set..along with some books that you can read. The stay was an absolute delight for us.

Permanent residents children threw rocks at my car, never seen these kids before until then. I was to stay another night but worried that my car was going to be damaged further, so I left. Staff member said she would talk to the kids parents but I thought that would aggravate it further so I left, no refund offered.

Plenty of parking. TV antenna buggered so no TV.Water pressure low in shower. Mattress like a sailors bunk.Poor buggers went in next door checked their bed.....dirty linen, they got hold of management, checked 3 more rooms - all dirty. There were plenty of vacant rooms.$140 a night was a bit over the top.No too good and I always give good reviews...

Staff were lovely, facilities were clean and everything worked. It's not a luxury motel, but it does have a billards/games room and a pool.It does its job, provides a home away from home &you don't feel yuck staying here afterwards, it's a win in my book!

Room was clean, shower was hot and bed was comfortable. Can't ask for much more than that!

Lovely staff, but that's the only thing good about the place. Horrible rooms, beds are probably from the 1940s, extremely uncomfortable. There were holes in the towels and blankets. The room and game room was extremely dusty. The place is very dated and air conditioner does not cool at all. Don't waste your money by booking this place. Rates are quite steep for such a run- down place.

IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS I WOULD. We were meant to stay for a week but couldn't last a night. Everything was filthy, smelt and was infested with cockroaches. if there was any good advice I could give you in this world it would be RUN!

Very nice staff. Room very clean and tidy. Older motel, could use some updates maybe but comfortable, clean and quiet. My only complaint is there was no mini shampoo/conditioner only soap but luckily I had bright my own. Very reasonable nightly rates. Room had microwave, toaster, kettle and mini fridge.

Had everything but needs to have more coffee and tea bags, need to fix the fan was noisy. Was okay regarding cleaning. Overall was good compared to the price we didn't expect much it was okay for one to two days stay over.

This is a 2 star motel according to the rating system - to which I say ???I expected to be fighting off cockroaches and watching paint peel first time around. This was visit number 3 and I can say the standard is consistent.Turns out it was cosy, clean and chock full of extras like a fridge, microwave, comfy bed, 42 inch TV, shower with good pressure and easily adjustable temperature, plus a pool (not heated) and a games room.Chances are (if you keep daylight hours) you will meet Sue at reception. (If you don't she will take your call)Some notable things about the place worth mentioning...It's in Tyabb which may not be known for much but does have an airfield close by, a train station, some excellent cafes (Hungry Peacock, Bower Bird, Rattling Red all walking distance) and a stack of antique places.Mornington is only 15 minutes by car, the freeway is close and the whole Mornington Peninsula awaits. All you need now is some good weather.
