When my car wouldn't turn on, I was clueless as to the cause. I'd recently had my battery replaced, and have a relatively new, low-maintenance car. I got Goran's mobile number from a local mechanic, as I was unsure as to whether I should get it towed or call roadside assist. Goran answered my phone call at 8:30am, and arrived less than 2 hours later with the necessary parts despite the fact that he was not supposed to be working that day (unbeknownst to me). He had a comprehensive look at my car, replaced the spark plugs on the spot, and had my car turned on in no time. He was methodical in determining the issue, gave me advice as to how I can properly maintain my car, and discussed what I should ask for with my next service. He absolutely saved my life, and was so kind in dealing with my obvious stress about the situation. I would recommend him to anyone.

Goran from Blue Toro Blacktown should wear a cape. We had a tricky electronic issue that rendered our car undrivable. Goran used local resources and contacts in the industry...including a service manager in the UK...to find the solution to our issue. He also spent some time ensuring we had access to the most affordable replacement parts.I would happily have Goran work on my vehicles and visit my home because he is a true gentleman.

Today 23/07/2019 we booked an appointment for a mechanic to do a vehicle inspection on our 2009 Dodge Nitro. Goran, the mechanic who attended our property to do the vehicle inspection was very pleasant, courteous and a true professional when doing the inspection. His knowledge, his expertise and consideration with informing us in depth of the vehicle faults was outstanding. Goran was very thorough in inspecting the vehicle and writing his report. After our visit from Goran today, I would not go to any other mechanic, Goran was prompt, polite and considerate throughout our many questions and explained each and every aspect relating to the vehicle report. Needed a pinky and every mechanic seemed to be too busy. Gave these guys a call and had someone out to me in 24 minutes. Friendly and professional. A little on the pricey side but you pay for the convenience.

Happy with the service Goran provided. Was able to fix our brake issue without need for any new replacement parts, and was happy to address a few other issues I threw at him with no notice. Highly recommend.
