FS8 Highett

I joined FS8 to give Pilates a try and wow I was blown away. The all over body workout was so good. The session goes really quickly as is such a great mix between mat, reformer , stretching and weights.The studio is absolutely amazing-Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The trainers are always professional and help when needed.I just loved everything about it and i look forward to each visit!Thanks for bringing this to Bayside - I am totally converted!!

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the sessions at FS8 so far - the space is well organised, clean and full of encouragement and support. I love how challenging (yet simple in movement) the exercises are and I am already feeling the benefits! I look forward to trying all of the different classes on offer. Rowena

The team at FS8 are very welcoming. The class timetable is awesome - morning, during lunch, and evenings. Each class is different each time but the structure is the same and the screens make it much easier to follow along. Exercises are easy to adapt if needed and the team can help suggest alternatives if needed eg injury, learning etc. thank you!

FS8 is fantastic. I love the variety between reformer , weights and core exercises. After joining FS8 my co-ordination, strength, flexibility and overall well being has improved!The instructors are great and make it very easy to pick up which makes it suitable for all levels of ability!I would highly recommend it to anyone!!

Beautiful studio, great music, amazing instructors who are so friendly, I feel so supported and encouraged in every class. Always an amazing workout with great equipment. Owners Janice & Dave have created a welcoming place where new friends can meet and enjoy a class together and achieve their fitness goals. Highly recommend.

FS8 in Highett is the perfect workout ! I love the mixture of Pilates, bodyweight and strength exercises with yoga-inspired warm ups and cool downs. The sessions are never the same , which makes it way more fun. The music is always a 10/10 !Yoga (Zen Master) on sunday with Erica is the perfect way to end the week, relax and unwind.Furthermore, I really appreciate the cleanliness of the studio in Highett and the friendliness of the trainers. They are always so welcoming and motivating. Additionally, the whole atmosphere is quite personal. That means, they address you with your name, which I appreciate a lot!All in all, I can highly recommend FS8 in Highett and I would suggest everyone (male and female) to give it a try.

I've been doing 3-4 FS8 classes a week for approximately 6 weeks and am feeling great, both physically and mentally. I love the variety in the classes which target full-body toning, flexibility, general strength and balance. The space is always clean and tidy, great music and the instructors are always friendly, welcoming and helpful with no judgement. I feel comfortable at FS8 no matter how I am feeling and always leave happy that I did the class.

Since joining up, I feel so much stronger - physically and mentally. I love the aesthetic and how it’s such a calm place to walk into.The trainers are lovely and help you to perfect the move on the reformer or on the floor.

Brand new to Pilates and loving it. The girls at FS8 are super helpful for a newcomer, the classes are varied and challenging and the studio is great. Highly recommended
