Having dealt with Payam previously I was pleased to see that their clarity of communications, explanation of the work required and setting of expectations were as good as they last time. Very professional, did a great job recovering the data on my water damaged iPhone XS, tried everything else and they were my last resort. They send back all the data and a copy of the iPhones restore file which enabled me to reimagine all the data and files onto my new phone. Would highly recommend using them if you are unable to restore your phone.

The HDD in our old iMac died and the Apple Store recommended we get in touch with Payam to try and recover our data. Very glad we did - Samantha was wonderful and recovered everything for us, despite the hard drive having lots of bad sectors. Would definitely use Payam again (but hopefully never have to!).
