Went into to get a vaccination from the chemist. The chemist asked me to sign a form with a sticker stating the price is $19.95 so I did. Then the payment was $29.95? I asked what the situation was and he said he printed the price for the lower dose. When I told the doctor he said there’s no lower or higher doses made. Yeah nice

I had previously given this store a 1 star review. I am changing this review to 5 stars based on what I have seen these past two weeks. Service has been incredible and the improvement that I have observed is brilliant. Top marks from me for taking some negative google reviews and using those to exact positive changes in your store. In particular, Fernando has been very welcoming and professional. Good job guys, keep up the fantastic work!!

I’m here for my booster. The staff are very nice and Avanesh the pharmacist made me feel brave.Lovely chemist shop, there’s have a whole range of vitamins, counter medicines.Big assortment of perfumes from low end to high end. There’s make up like Lancome Revlon and DB brand. There’s a medical clinic also.The service is fast they have 4 counters to help serve you right away. Easy 3 hour parkingHighly recommend this Terry White Chemist.

We visited to have our supervised Rat for travel. Yashoda was great and provided exceptional service as did all the staff.The store was busy but clean and fully stocked.Happy to recommend for flu shots, covid tests or anything you need

Evan at TerryWhite Chammart Gasworks was such an absolute legend. My mum and I were doing some window shopping, but found a few perfume bottles we were interested in. Evan was super engaging, highly knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. We left on a Friday evening with such a positive experience and it was all thanks to Evan!

A great pharmacy where staff are always friendly. I would like to especially thank your staff member Micka for always going out of her way to bring a smile to the faces of residents in the aged care facility above the pharmacy (including my mother).. Micka always brightens everyone’s day with her caring and friendly attitude. Micka is definitely an asset to your business and the world needs more people like her.

I bought two lipsticks from the Nude by Nature brand at a discounted price in this store a few weeks ago. Now that I'm using them, I've realized that they've gone bad, smelled bad, and have become sticky. These products are only suitable for the garbage; they shouldn't be sold at a discounted price!!!

I've given up with this mob. They were consistently out of stock, so started using MedAdvisor to order in advance and they cannot even add a new script to software they ask customers to use. The Indian gentleman who works on weekends is particularly hopeless and honestly one of the rudest people I have encountered. Despite biting my tongue and politely leaving my details with a girl at the front counter for the owners to call me, NOTHING. You are sending a pretty strong message here guys, got it!
