We've never had anything but good service from the pharmacists. As mentioned in other reviews, the security guard is a bit 'overzealous' in his duties.

the security guard is aggressive and rude, followed me up and down every isle like i was some criminal. i remember when he worked at the pelican plaza chemist warehouse but i’m so glad he is not there anymore as he is not a great asset to any of the stores. will never be returning to this store will just go to pelican plaza or the one inside tea tree plaza from now on. i will be making a formal complaint as this is not okay and there are 10+ negative reviews about this security guard so it’s not only me.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. Unfortunately they don’t know how to at least be pleasant towards customers. I went to Terri white at St Agnes and they were more than happy to oblige and were very helpful and greeted me with a smile.

OMG how awful experience had today with the security guard, I was carrying my baby which she was sleeping on my shoulder, with my older son looking for stuff after we finished in our way out he stopped me asking to look inside my chemist bag using his eyes not his voice! and asked to show him the receipt I was struggling to find it with one hand holding my baby with other, not that's all he asked me to open my shoulder bag omg are you serious, my kids with me that's the only reason I stopped my self from getting mad and calling the manager , my shoulder bag full of my stuff makeup and other really pricey stuff how would you know if I already took them or not? what's your prove? what you going to get doing that? that was so stupid even though it's their policy but some cases should be treated with more humanity we are at the chemist here in Australia not some jail in some way far country.

Don't bother sending E-Scripts repeats via messages on the Chemist Warehouse App as it will be ignored. Spoke to a lady on the phone who didn't seem to understand E-Scripts I had to go in and show my list of available repeats before they would dispense medication. I am a regular customer and didn't recognise any of the staff in the Pharmacy, so maybe they are still learning. Staff were friendly, but frustrating in their lack of knowledge re E-Sripts.

1 Star because there is no ZERO star.Worse experience ever!!!!!!!They said half an hour for the medication and we were ok with that but it took ONE hour at the end , and we were still ok with that. understand its lack of staff situation in Australia.But the SECURITY GUY is terrible!!!!! He was so rude when he wanted to check my bag.He didn’t check the other guy’s bag but wanted to check mine. other staff had mentioned that not necessarily check everyone but yes for some people!!!! What?? Do I look like a thief? Or is that because I have a baby and pram with me?No apologies for the one-hour waiting and at the end got my bag checked because we stayed so long in the store. Ridiculous!

Extremely unpleasant experience. I hope this store manager will see my review because both employees with who I had a pressure to communicate definitely shouldn't work in customer service. The security guy was literally digging in my bag TWICE, counting boxes with vitamins that I had paid 5 seconds before that in front of him in a completely empty store!!! Just a guy at the cashier and the security guy around me within 3 meters from each other. I paid for 7 items but the cashier guy was saying to the security guy for 5!!! So I was sent back to the cashier to get a printed receipt and show both idiots how many items I bought! What is the reason to ask customers whether they need a printed receipt?!!!

Went in this morning with a horrible migraine ,they gave me some meds.I asked if they were able to give me a sick note and the pharmacist said I should come back after 12.went back after 2 and they said they can’t give me a letter because they are short staffed and “we have priorities”.wow that was shocking!Won’t go back …..people are sick and they don’t care
