I originally put 5 stars on this post as I was requested too. I recently have had to manage my house and the exiting strategy of the tenants living in my property, 1 on lease , 5 additional double beds all occupied, benches cut on surfaces, epoxy floors stripped, the state of my rental was disgusting.Chris shut up his shop and moved his offices into his house. He had falsified all reports, and I was paying damage that would have been more than wear and tear. He has relocated my tenants who destroyed my property into another one of management rental properties. I recommend all clients to commence doing regular walk throughs to avoid managing court affairs on your own.If you find half of what I found you would be mortified.
