Great gym and great atmosphere. The coaches and members are all very friendly. The coaching staff are all very knowledgeable and have extensive experience in BJJ, striking and wrestling. Highly recommended

Pros:- learn how to fold people (and get folded by everyone there)- friendly and knowledgeable head coach/ coaches (everyone else there is friendly too)- heaps of class times to choose from to suit your busy schedule- learn at your own pace- get choked out by your own armCons:- highly addictive (You may spend hours here daily)- will rapidly burn body fat making your friends and family think you're sick5 stars! Def recommended for everyone!

Had to come back and write a review. Haven't been able to come back due to moving areas but couldn't fault my 2 years here. Kian is a real expert in his craft and Cabra Kai is well suited for anyone from complete amateur's to proficient fighters.

I've trained in Asia, Europe and America having learned from world renowned black belt instructors and competitors and can honestly say that Kian is up there with the best. The structure of the programs have excelled my grappling tremendously and having a coach that still actively trains and competes, prove that what is taught is relevant and applicable on the mat as well as the competition scene. The culture of the gym is very supportive with students willing to help each other out with drilling or general advice. Make use of the one week free trial and get lifted!

Awesome gym with a healthy growth culture, it all comes from the top - the coaches are welcoming, knowledgeable & have a great attitude, the students are friendly bunch too. I been training here for 2 years now and travel upwards of 30 mins at times to get to the gym, but it’s all worth it. Just a testament to the quality of the place.

A great place to learn effective martial arts with very knowledgeable coaches. The team are friendly and very supportive which has a very family sort of feel. I look forward to every lesson and can't recommend Cabra Kai enough.
