Shiralee Boarding Cattery
Well I called to make an enquiry about using the Cattery, unfortunately it was a Sunday and I disturbed the owner who was having a “treat day in bed”. She mentioned that she “could get out of bed and find her bookings book if I REALLY wanted to know availability now” . Alternatively I could call on Monday when she has “her bookings hat on”, I said don’t trouble yourself. Wowsers. Unbelievable. Sorry to have called you at 10am on a Sunday. Enjoy your treat day.

called to make a booking, right away before any discussion the conversation was started rudely by this lady, than straight away shut down the conversation as soon as she heard we are only booking for a week as she specified she only does 2 weeks minimum bookings even though this is not mentioned anywhere on their page. if this is the initial conversation i would hate to find out how the cats are treated and the complete experience...
