Well what can I say . It was like being in the movie Super 8 with being woken up by the early hours of the morning with the sound of train horns as if they were coming through the back door.This was preceded by a team of carpet cleaners in the adjacent AUSTRALIAN Governments Department of Human services working til 2:00am. Internal noise ratings were greater than 85 dba.A mobile generator/compressor was running in the external car park , approximately 30m away.The local police were invited around at 11:45pm and to their credit they did turn up at 1:15am.We were told the police felt sorry for us but the carpet cleaners had to earn a living like road construction workers and would make noise and beside they also cleaned the Watchhouse for the police.So if staying at this place you can disregard House rule 1 relating to noise and respect of the community.Finally, if you want to have a party in Orange pretend you are a team of carpet cleaners and u r just dirtying the carpet so as the clean it.

Very nice place, location was a short walk from everything needed. Directions to access were easy to follow. Interior was clean and tastefully decorated and beds were comfortable.
