Omg I never felt so sorry for the locals who need to use this post office as their regular.I sent my parcel on my trip this afternoon. It was by far the rudest, most unprofessional, and most miserable post office ever. The service was horrendous...The elder man who works here doesn't seem like a bad person. However, he obviously doesn't cope well with stress. If you are one of the unlucky ones, you will be treated badly to the point it's not even worth confronting him (why waste time & energy).For his own sake and others' well-being, he better learn how to deep breathe and find a better way to cope with his stress instead of delivering his toxic stress to a customer.To all customers who are reading this review after experiencing rudeness or about to experience it, don't let him ruin your day. This is such a friendly post office. Even though they were exceptionally busy, the lady who helped us did not mind taking passport photos and explaining the difference between express, registered and standard postage. I will most definitely make this my preferred post office.

After posting here for couple of times, I’ve finally lost patience! There’s a person that couldn’t hear what I’m saying no matter how many times I repeat in plain English, poor customer service keep mentioning “ you come too late we are closing” but the time is just 4:50pm… most ridiculously they doesn’t even offer sticky tapes for parcel even though I asked if I could buy some tapes but they do not have any… Then I have to carry 15KG of parcel back home again and tidy up myself then take it back… how dare a post office without an sticky tape???!! No words

The postie doesn't knock on the door or ring the bell. I have security cameras confirming it. Leaving a note on Saturday to pick up parcel on monday defeats the purpose. I have digital account set up.. send me a message if it's too hard for you and I will pick it up myself...seriously why make life hard for everyone

A elder man charged me $4 for certified true copy. When I post the document out (gone), the receiver informed me that they can't use the certified document as it was not properly certified. The reason is the person certified it didn't put name down. I wonder how come this post office staff didn't put name down but charged money. The document was not properly certified. Ithe receipt is gone the document was sent out. It upsets me very time when I go to that post office.

Need a bigger space, more staff and faster service. Come on Australia Post head office, provide the local offices with better resources. You claim to be about providing customer service at a high level.....that feels very much like BS after standing in a queue to pick up a parcel for 30 minutes!

1st class customer service today lines continually to the door...It was service with a smile from the wo derful lady that assisted me today...woukd give MORE stars if l could....

After leaving a bad review in the past when I first moved to the area I have changed it. The staff are welcoming to customers and each time I have physically dealt with this lpo I have left smiling. Ive had the same lady every time I go and she addresses me by my name when picking up parcels. Great customer service - thankyou

The worst post office, i really hate when my parcel goes here for collection. Dont understand why im paying for express delivery when the driver who didn't turn up sent msg to pick up at post office. Bruh... i have camera at home to prove that u didn't even turn up to my house. If you do, door bell, knock on the door will work rather than saying premises no attendees. And well the collection card missing. When i went to post office digital ID proof not enough, she need the physical one to confirm. I dont understand than why you have digital ID app. Remove that. Customer service need to improve,being so rude. Bad experience. So annoying and upset.

We had a great experience here, one of the staff (Loretta) patiently helped us with the last minute international shipment on Saturday! She was such a good help.
