Trade Desk and Nursery staff are very helpful! Danny and Mel provided exemplary service and advice! Geoff in the Nursery was great. Despite friendly and helpful when you can get them, the Paint area seems to be a little understaffed. Very informative staff when you can get a hold of them :)

The store has been around for a few years now. A large double storey branch with plenty of parking on the lower level. As customers we do need to understand that the Bunnings staff are at different experience levels, with some being able to assist at every level we require and others are on a training path and not yet knowing everything. I always cut the people some slack if they're not able to render the type of service I expect.

What's not to like about Bunnings? I don't think it matters who you are, everyone enjoys a stroll through the isles am I right? Burleigh Waters is a great store, especially the plant section. The staff seem happy with what they are doing and provide mostly friendly and informative service. I recommend this store to one and all!

This Bunnings is so much better than Tweed! The staff actually want to help you instead of avoiding you. Their plant range is diverse and constantly restocked. They have delectable a/c on in summer too!The only thing I think they need to work on is their entrance into the shop where the registers are. It’s always congested and needs a rethink before someone gets hurt by a trolley full of timber!

Today i paid a visit to the timber yard at this Bunnings, and to say that i was thrilled with the customer service, would be an understatement.Bill was the nicest man i think i have ever encountered. He was very helpful and loaded it all into the car for us. He helped with everything, 10/10 .Bill's customer service skills, were outstanding, along with his positive attitude. Today we were greeter by a lovely employee named Pam who has such a infectious bubbly personality that instantly put a smile on our face.We were also assisted by a lady and a gentleman in the garden tools & weed killer departments who were very knowledgeable and made so such an easy shopping experience.
