Rude shop girls, totally ignored us - too busy gossiping. Very unprofessional and unhelpful, even laughed behind our backs as we were leaving the shop, I was shocked. Worst shopping experience ever. Not recommended at all

The manager of Miranda Bodyshop is so rude. She is not professional at all and she doesn't know how to behave with the customers'. Not helpful at all and sounded very cranky and harsh. I just really don't understand, how this kind of people can become manager if they can't be nice and polite to their customers. Totally a careless and pathetic manager who just happened to ruin my whole day with her egoistic behaviour.

My wife is a regular customer. Given that she is both thrifty and values quality, I take it as a good indicator of what to expect from this store. My daughter is now starting to take to it too.

This was the first time I have ever been in the shop - let alone any face care/beauty shop - and I was astounded by the amazing customer serviced provided. I was served by a lovely lady, Bella, who informed me on what the best products for my face type were and testers were provided. I didn't feel forced into buying anything and I felt the need to come back to her to buy the real products once the testers were finished. Unfortunelty I always missed Bella, and ended up having to buy from another really lovely woman. Both customer services were exemplary, and I'm so glad I chose The Body Shop
